Main Duties of the Role
- Develop strong relationships among international partners
- Coordinate international projects and tenders
- Support current client relationships
- Collaborate with the other Newton Media offices throughout Europe
- Create new business opportunities
- Improve internal system processes
Daily Agenda
- Communication in English with our international partners
- Participating on international tenders and projects
- Daily communication with other departments regarding stabilizations of the projects
- Administration of incoming invoices, contracts and orders
Skills and Qualities Required:
- Fluent Czech and English, both verbal and written
- Good sense for writing, creativity in text and writing for enjoyment
- Communication and project management skills
- Interest in sales to potential clients and customer success
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
- A positive, proactive, hardworking team player with a willingness to learn
- Suitable for recent graduates with previous work experience
- Previous experience with customer service and leadership are advantages
